1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our AI humanization service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Our service provides AI text humanization using two model tiers:

Pro Model: $5 per 10,000 words processed
Elite Model: $5 per 9,000 words processed (paid users only)

We operate on a deposit-based system with no monthly subscriptions. All balances are permanent and never expire.

3. Account Registration and Signup Bonus

Upon registration, new users receive a $5 signup bonus valid for 7 days. During this period:

Access is limited to the Pro model only
Maximum 150 words per humanization request
Bonus expires after 7 days if unused

4. Paid User Benefits

Users who make a deposit of $5 or more gain access to:

All two model tiers (Pro, Elite)
Maximum 2,000 words per humanization request
Permanent account balance that never expires
Priority processing

5. Pricing and Billing

Our service operates on a pay-per-use model with no recurring subscriptions. Minimum deposit is $5.

Rehumanization of previously processed text is charged at the same rates as initial processing.

All charges are deducted from your account balance in real-time based on the number of input words processed.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for:

Creating misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
Generating content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Processing content that contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our AI models
Automated or bulk processing that may impact service performance

7. Content and Privacy

We process your text input solely for the purpose of humanization.

You retain all rights to your original content and the humanized output. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you submit.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Refunds and Account Balance

Account balances are non-refundable once deposited. However, balances never expire and can be used at any time.

In case of service errors or technical issues that prevent successful processing, affected charges may be credited back to your account balance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination for cause, remaining account balances may be forfeited. Users may close their accounts at any time, but remaining balances are non-refundable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
